Vinišće je naselje u općini Marina, u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji 19 km udaljeno od Trogira i 48km od Splita. To je staro ribarsko naselje koje trenutno ima oko 850 stalnih stanovnika. Trenutno je glavna gospodarska grana turizam, kojim se bavi veći dio stanovnika, ali i mnogo stanovnika okolnih gradova (Trogir, Split, Šibenik) koji u Vinišću imaju kuće (vikendice) i bave se iznajmljivanjem privatnog smještaja tijekom ljeta. Najviše je turista u srpnju i kolovozu, dok je zimi većina ugostiteljskih objekata zatvorena. Osim turizmom, stanovnici se bave ribarstvom, a manje i poljoprivredom.

Vinišće se nalazi na poluotoku između Splita i Šibenika, 8km udaljeno od ceste Split-Šibenik, pa je prometno malo zabačeno. Od otoka, tu su Drevnik Veli i Mali, a omiljeno izletište Vinišćara su otoci Krknjaši.

Mjesto se prvi put spominje 1272. godine u ispravama trogirskog kaptola, no vrijeme nastanka naselja nije sasvim poznato.




Vinišće is a village in the municipality of Marina, located in the Split-Dalmatia County, 19 km from Trogir and 48 km from Split. It is an old fishing village that currently has around 850 permanent residents. Today, the main economic activity is tourism, which most of the residents are involved in, along with many people from nearby cities (Trogir, Split, Šibenik) who own houses (holiday homes) in Vinišće and rent out private accommodations during the summer. The highest number of tourists visit in July and August, while most hospitality venues are closed during the winter. In addition to tourism, locals are engaged in fishing and, to a lesser extent, agriculture.

Vinišće is located on a peninsula between Split and Šibenik, about 8 km from the SplitŠibenik main road, which makes it somewhat isolated in terms of transportation. Nearby islands include Drvenik Veli and Drvenik Mali, while the Krknjaši islands are a favorite excursion destination for locals.

The village was first mentioned in 1272 in the documents of the Trogir Chapter, though the exact time of its founding remains unknown.
