RENTAL PRICE: EUR 1,500.00 per month, including rent for 187 m² of hall space, use of common areas, all operating costs, and heating.
The lease of both spaces includes free use of the common areas shared by the two halls each with a separate entrance. These include men's and women's toilets, separate male and female showers, and a large anteroom that can be used as changing rooms, for group meetings, or for various gatherings. The anteroom includes a bar counter and a seating area.
AVAILABILITY: Immediately.
NOTICE PERIOD: 60 days, minimum 12 months with the possibility of extension.
RENTAL CONDITIONS: One months rent in advance and a security deposit equal to two months rent.
Upon signing the lease agreement, the tenant pays the rent for the current month and a security deposit equal to two monthly rents.
The tenant shall cover part of the cost of executing the legal act of leasing, which includes the following actions performed by the agent: assistance in drafting the lease agreement, conducting the property viewing, carrying out the handover of the property and preparing the handover report, preparing and storing photographic material, in accordance with the price list stated in the general terms and conditions of the real estate agency, i.e., one months rent + 22% VAT.
