     Situated in the Mjini Mgaharibi Region, Fumba is a village and the center of the developing Fumba Town project
     It has a 1.5km stretch of seafront and covers approximately 149150 acres on a peninsula bordering the Indian Ocean
     Nearby is the Menai Bay Conservation Area, a marine protected zone supporting fishing, farming, and eco tourism
