Cameron Carbone
I was raised on Cape Cod and have a deep, lifelong connection to the area. Growing up surrounded by real estate, I had the unique opportunity to learn firsthand from my father, a seasoned real estate agent with over 25 years of experience. From the age of five, I joined him at showings and open houses, gaining invaluable insights into the methods and nuances of the industry.
In addition to real estate, my parents ran the Bay Motor Inn, a family business that gave me the chance to interact with guests from all over the world. This experience helped me develop strong social and communication skills, teaching me how to connect with people, negotiate effectively, and find common ground. These interpersonal skills naturally translated into my real estate career, enabling me to build meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
Before transitioning to real estate full-time, I worked as a Social Worker for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. During my time there, I developed a keen ability to work with people from all walks of life, navigate complex emotions, and create actionable plans to help clients achieve their goals. These same skills are crucial in real estate, where understanding client needs and managing sensitive situations are key to successful negotiations and outcomes.
I’ve had the privilege of working with clients from Brewster to Boston, and I’m committed to going the distance to help my clients buy or sell their homes—no matter where they are located. I pride myself on being transparent and empathetic, showing clients the pragmatic realities of their homes while also acknowledging the emotional aspects of the process. By leveraging my strong negotiation skills and industry knowledge, I’ve helped my clients achieve the best possible outcomes in the fastest timeframes.
