Charlene Micciche - RE/MAX Trend

Charlene is thrilled to be helping buyers and sellers in Cape Coral, Fort Myers and the surrounding areas here in Florida! Originally from Pennsylvania, Charlene and her husband moved here in 2020, after living in Cape Coral part time since 2014. Once the children were settled into their careers they knew it was time to finally plant roots in sunny Florida, which they now call home.

Charlene has 20 years of experience in Real Estate and Real Estate sales in various ways. Not only has she been a Residential real estate agent, but she also has experience selling new construction, loan origination and business development for a title company. Charlene most recently was the sales manager for a Real Estate investment company dealing with rental properties, flipping properties and running the wholesale division. She has dealt with million-dollar homes as well as distressed properties.

On a personal note, Charlene and her husband are avid boaters and love the warmth and water, making Cape Coral a perfect fit. Charlene has a daughter that resides in Pennsylvania that she is quite proud of, as she is a practicing Physicians Assistant. Real Estate and boating aren't Charlene's only passions. She has spent many years in the fitness industry as a Trainer and Nutritionist as well as being a fitness competitor. Charlene enjoys donating when she can and has been a participant in several fund-raising campaigns. One specifically called the “Man and Woman of the year” is for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. For this event, she and her team raised over $50k, which was used to help find cures for blood cancers. Charlene thoroughly enjoys working with people and helping others obtain their dreams. She is looking forward to helping you buy or sell real estate in Southwest Florida!
