I am mostly known as Sunshine Smith. My parents relocated our family from Rhode Island to the San Diego area when I was 6 years old so I am almost a native. My daughter and 2 granddaughters are native Californians. Since then, my husband and real estate partner, Dennis Smith, and I have bought and sold several residences and investment properties for ourselves & family along with over 350 for clients since 1994 in San Diego County. We have extensive Local Knowledge and Expertise to assist investors, buyers & sellers.
