I am a licensed Real Estate Professional as a Licensed Professional Auctioneer in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and Virginia. I have been in the auction business since 1988. As a first-generation Auctioneer, she worked in corporate America and fell in love with the auction industry after attending her first auction. Susan became a fully-licensed Auctioneer in 1991. She has earned a CAI (Certified Auctioneers Institute), the equivalent of a Master's degree, AARE (Accredited Auctioneer, Real Estate), BAS (Benefit Auction Specialist), and the CES (Certified Estate Specialist) designations.
I have won the State of Ohio Champion Bid calling Contest twice. She is a lifetime member of the Ohio Auctioneers Association, where she is the 2023 President and served on the Board of Directors as Treasurer for two years and Director for two years. Susan's professional memberships include the Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio Auctioneers Associations, as well as the National Auctioneers Association where she is very active.
