Born and raised in the North of England (Manchester area), where my first career centered around technology, in positions ranging from computer systems development to project manager, to technical recruitment.
Moved to California in 1989 to take up a leadership position in an international recruitment organization.
Left the corporate world following the dot com boom and bust, then encouraged by my daughter, Michelle, already a well-established and successful Realtor, I obtained my real estate license in 2001.
Real estate is the most satisfying occupation I can imagine. It combines many of my interests and has enabled me to help so many people to buy and sell homes in the San Francisco East Bay, and I've made many new friends as a result.
When I'm not working, you can often find me in my wood-shop, making furniture, involved in a home improvement project, or just relaxing at home with my wife and our grand-dogs.
Now working in a team with Michelle, we are both dedicated to helping home buyers and sellers here with their next move, while doing so with a minimum of stress.
