Strategy is totally my jam from the financing to the offer- I always have a plan. I'm always thinking two steps ahead & trying to avoid surprises. Negotiations during offers whether for my buyers or sellers is so FUN. I mean it too...FUN! We use every tool possible to get my clients the best price whether buying or selling. I work evenings, days & weekends. I work when my clients don't work.
