After growing up in Northern New York and spending six years in Arizona, I moved to Florida to be near family before I had a family of my own. I raised my three children here. Now I am enjoying being a Realtor here in SW Florida and love researching and showing off the Florida housing market. I give my buyers and sellers 100 percent of my knowledge and schedule until they are completely happy with their sale or purchase. With access to a network of resources and electronic document signing, I make use of all updated transaction technology and work hard to make all my buyers' and sellers' experiences stress free and as smooth as possible, I feel my strongest assets are answering my calls and messages quickly and negotiating with agents on the other side of a deal. My favorite customers and now friends are Dee and Michael, who I helped buy a house after looking at 30 homes in three counties. I even invested in big rubber boots to trek through the acreages. After four years, I sold that home after two weeks on the market and they walked away with hundreds of thousands in equity to move back up north and invest in another home after finding them an awesome NJ RE/MAX agent. The personal rewards are the prize. I take good care of all referrals and keep the referring agent in the loop the whole way.
