We are both Certified Negotiation Experts (CNE) that helps us do some of our best work for you!. My wife, Vivienne and I are personally coached by the Mike Ferry organization. This keeps our skills as sharp as possible, to negotiate effectively to our clients advantage. Vivienne is also the 2019 Past-President of the Women's Council of Realtors Placer.
