As a luxury home expert, I enjoy the marketing and advertising aspects of preparing sellers’ homes to be listed including organizing staging and decorating and hiring professional photographers and videographers.
I also hold the Real Estate Negotiation Expert certification, the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist with the Million Dollar Guild Award, and the Certified New Home Specialist certification.
