Tim Robertson has been working in the Real Estate industry since 2000. He’s been a licensed Delaware REALTOR since 2002 and obtained his BROKER designation in early 2020. He epitomizes integrity, tenacity and always maintains a steadfast commitment to his clients in every detail of your real estate transaction. His experience and training in sales and management dates back to when he was 10 years old with his first bicycle paper route. Time and money management skills were required at an early age and from there he spent many years in sales and customer service refining his networking and communication skills and building relationships. Tim is also the founder/owner of Blue Diamond Property Management, LLC and offers a wide range of residential property management services to investors and clients. He is currently responsible for all of the company’s daily operations and management including tenant screening and relations, client communication and satisfaction, lease administration and vendor services. His consistent work ethic, attention to detail and solid communication skills are what set BDPM apart from other property management companies. As an athlete by nature, cycling is his true passion. He raises money for and participates in numerous charity cycling distance events annually. He also enjoys playing golf when weather permits. He also loves to ski with family and friends in the winter months. With a history in racing and competition, he knows hard work and dedication are how you get results.
