Her senior year at the University of Nevada Reno Terina received the Dean’s award for excellence in research and that commitment to acquiring knowledge has continued as she works towards getting the additional Real Estate designations Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) to better assist her clients.

Terina was named top 20 Business Professionals under 40 for Reno/Tahoe 2024, was also named in the top 25 Realtors by the Women's Council of Realtors for 2022 & 2025, and a REMAX Professionals Achievement Award for 2025. When she isn’t making homeownership dreams come true for her clients she enjoys hiking with her dogs, training Muay Thai, and volunteering with various groups around town.
