Dave Demeo - RE/MAX Riverside

Dave moved to Maine right out of college to pursue a career in structural engineering. After working in that capacity for over a decade, he pursued a career in real estate and has been helping clients buy and sell property all over the state for years. Dave has experience across the real estate spectrum, having worked everything from land development to waterfront, luxury homes.
Dave’s technical background gives him a unique perspective and ability to help his clients understand all aspects of residential construction. His education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Structural Design and Construction. While he no longer practices engineering, Dave still holds a professional engineering license and serves as an Engineering Duty Officer in the Navy Reserve, supporting the maintenance and construction of ships and submarines.
Dave has lived in Topsham with his wife, Jonna, for 13 years. In their lives before children, they spent most weekends hiking and snowshoeing all over the state. Now with two young daughters, they explore the trails closer to home, where their appreciation for all that the midcoast and greater Portland area have to offer has grown immensely!
