Hi, I was born in Kingsville, Tx., but raised 5 minutes away in Bishop, Texas. I am a Great Seasoned Realtor, who loves to lend a helping hand in the purchase, investment, or sale of Real Estate. I begin selling VA & HUD foreclosures, then managing portfolios for investors, to selling commercial properties to include hotels, apartment complexes, buildings, warehouses, land, residential homes, condos, and today my Specialty is New Construction.
I have experienced lots of real estate changes in the past 40 plus years and even though I cannot say I have seen it all, it has been a journey of continuing education. I have earned several designations such as MRP, Military Relocation Professional, E-Pro- A master of advanced digital marketing techniques, TSAH-Texas Affordable Housing Specialist-equips Realtors with the knowledge of the workforce housing programs and alternatives. RSPS- The Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist-this certification is for Realtors who specialize in buying, selling, or management of properties for investment, development, retirement or second homes in resort, recreational and or vacation destinations.
