The house enjoys a 360-degree view that allows you to admire the beauty of the beaches in Versilia from Forte dei Marmi to Viareggio and the mountains panorama of the tuscan-emilian Apennine at the back.

Its strategic position, only 2.5 km from Forte dei Marmi and 3 km from the historic centre of Pietrasanta, makes all the urban amenities easy to reach.

Worthy of particular mention is the proximity to the “Parco della Versiliana”, only 500 metres away. A wonderful and suggestive natural reserve of the versilian coastline, the park is famous for hosting several artistic and cultural activities. Gabriele D'Annunzio had a house here, today used as a museum and to host theatrical performances.

Another noteworthy feature is the presence of two entrances, one from Viale Roma and the other from Via Carducci at the back. Both the entrances are driveways, with the possibility to access the garden by car.

The architecture of the building bears witness to the futurist imprint given by Ernesto Michahelles, aka Thayaht, since he designed and conceived the structure of the house.

Thayaht was a futurist artist, painter, sculptor, goldsmith, but also a stylist and designer.

Into the circles of the cultural elites of his time, he collaborated with most of his contemporary intellectuals, including Marinetti and his brother Ram. He worked with Maison Vionnet in Paris and was also a source of inspiration for Salvatore Ferragamo. As a stylist, he designed both the interior and exterior of the house, such as the opus incertum wall in the studio and the exterior columns.

The second floor housed the headquarters of Cirnos (independent centre for space observation), which he founded in the 1950s.
Thayaht, in fact, among his many activities also dealt with the ufological phenomenon, founding his own study centre, which is still recognised by experts in the field today.
