Lake Brenton is a very popular area in a Conservation Area on the Western Heads of Knysna. This house is only 1 km from the Lake, from where you can launch a boat or try your luck fishing. There are only two beaches in Knysna and the Brenton Beach is only 3 km from the house.
Lake Brenton is a very safe area where children still play in the streets. There are Bush Buck roaming in the street, ample bird life and lots of indigenous flora and trees.
The house is a Timber house on a large stand. There is lots of potential to enlarge the house. There are also approved plans to close the ground floor under the house and it can be turned into another living area or flat.
The house consists of decks all around. You enter into the lounge and open plan kitchen, with built in cupboards and loose standing stove. There is fiber in the house for easy Internet access.
