Kripa developed a passion for Real Estate from the very young age of 8, while she started watching the “Home and Garden” channel every day. From being surrounded by family members in various areas of the industry such as architects, contractors, builders, property investors and advisors, and a renowned mortgage advisor, real estate has become a core part of her identity. Having lived in all four quadrants of Calgary for the last 20 years, Kripa has experienced many neighbourhoods and lifestyles, and is aware of the unique features each part of the city has to offer. She also has vast experience in research and has presented her work at international conferences and to key stakeholders at Harvard University. As such, Kripa will ensure she brings her skills in research and presentations to your real estate journey whether that is buying, selling, or investing. Her goal is to give you the best and most applicable information you need and will take any amount of time necessary to guarantee your real estate experience is a memorable one.
