Hi, I'm Sladana Delic, REALTOR® with RE/MAX Escarpment Realty, working with clients across Hamilton and the surrounding areas to help them navigate the real estate market with confidence and clarity.
I became a homeowner back in 2017, and I still remember how exciting and overwhelming that experience was. Years later, my family and I went through the process of upgrading from a smaller to a larger home, which came with its own set of challenges and lessons. These experiences shaped how I support my clients today with patience, honesty, and a strong understanding of what it really feels like to be on the other side of a real estate deal.
Before getting licensed as a Realtor, I worked behind the scenes in real estate, managing listings, marketing, and day-to-day operations for brokerages. That gave me a solid foundation in how to prepare and present properties and what it takes to keep deals moving smoothly.
I also bring a strong background in customer service, team leadership, and visual design. Alongside completing the Real Estate Sales Representative program at Humber College, I studied Architectural Engineering and earned a Graphic Design degree in 2019. My approach is always client-first, detail-oriented, and grounded in real-world experience.
