Anthony Churlin - RE/MAX Trend

Anthony Churlin joined James Sommers and RE/MAX to build on the team concept that has been an integral part of his personal and professional life. He was born in Washington state, raised in SW Florida and has returned after a very unique journey in professional sports. Anthony attended, graduated, and was drafted from Island Coast High School by the Oakland Athletics in 2016. While living out his dream in Professional Baseball, Anthony had the opportunity to travel the US and meet other successful and driven people. One of the consistencies he found amongst successful athletes (both on and off the field) was their interest in real estate. This caught his attention and led him to earn his real estate license and actively practice real estate in the off seasons.

After his professional baseball career, Anthony decided to make real estate his full time career. Living in the sports culture his whole life, his enthusiasm for growing that culture starts with the lifestyles SWFL has to offer.

His clients have included executives, professional athletes, entertainers. Anthony brings a very optimistic spirit as well as a wealth of relationships and real estate knowledge to the team and to his clients. The same hard work and dedication that allowed him to accomplish so much in Professional Baseball, is the same approach he takes every day with his clients. Anthony is a family man, a health enthusiast, and avid golfer. Real Estate is a Living Industry and continually changes.
