Michael Richardson was born and raised in Southwest Florida. As a Cape Coral native, Michael recognizes and values the trust his clients place in him, and strives to meet their expectations. Michael's main goal is to not only establish, but develop and maintain relationships with his clients. Michael is a full-service agent, scheduling inspections, appraisals, surveys and insurance. Prior to obtaining his real estate license, Michael worked as a customer relationship manager for a real estate marketing business, helping realtors meet their marketing goals as well as co-owning Wood Designs By Williams, a local custom furniture business for 3 years. At Woods Designs, Michael would design, build, and install custom furniture and accents, like plank walls, entertainment centers and barn doors. This experience will be helpful to you when you consider purchasing a home to remodel or upgrade.


When Michael isn't selling real estate, he enjoys spending time by the pool with his wife, Renee, one year old daughter Avery, and goldendoodle puppy Savannah. Beaches, parks, dining, fishing and boating are some family activities that Michael enjoys. His beautiful wife Renee has been a first grade teacher for the last 5 years. Look to this family for recommending schools and explaining the School of Choice program. He also spends his time volunteering in the Cape Coral community as a youth basketball coach. His first year he won the championship, that's first place for 10 and under co-ed youth basketball.
