At the age of 19, I almost bought my first rental property in Madison, WI where I was raised. Fortunately, Uncle Sam had other ideas and sent me to 32nd Street Naval Station, San Diego, for 4 years. I looked around and said, "This is a great place to live" and bought my first home with a VA loan while in the Navy. Since then we have bought and sold several residences and investment properties for ourselves & family along with over 350 for clients since 1994 in San Diego County. We have extensive Local Knowledge and Expertise from assisting investors, buyers & sellers in San Diego County since 1994.

My wife and partner, Sunshine Smith, has been licensed here since 1998. When you hire us, you get over 45 years of local experience. We work differently than most agents. Although you found us on the Internet, over 75% of our business comes via repeat and referral clients. Because we do not do cold calling, door knocking, or floor time like most agents, we have more time to devote to our buyers and sellers, before during and after the transaction.
