Spencer Soto has been an active member of his real estate community for 7 years. After graduating from Cal State San Marcos with a bachelor's degree in business management, he knew that he wanted to pursue real estate. With roots in San Diego County, Spencer has a deep knowledge of the area and is ready to help with your home buying and selling needs. Spencer's desire to join the real estate industry stems from personal experience. His grandmother owns a few properties which have proven to be a great success for her over the years. That opened his eyes to the potential that this industry holds. In addition, he loves that he can contribute and be of help to his clients as they navigate the buying and selling process. What makes Spencer stand out as an agent, is his intentionality with his clients He truly listens to their desires and does his best to present options that are well suited for them. He also has outstanding negotiation skills, effective marketing techniques, and he walks through every step of the process with his clients. As a North County San Diego native, Spencer also knows the area inside and out. Growing up in the community, and volunteering as a coach at his alma mater Tri-City Christian School has created a deep passion for the area. When Spencer is not working with clients, he enjoys spending time at the beach, going out to the amazing restaurants in the area, and playing basketball. Spencer was named by San Diego Real Producers magazine as a top 30 under 30 agent in San Diego. In 2021 alone he sold over $17 million helping 22 clients purchase or sell homes. He also was named to The Circle of Excellence by San Diego Association of Realtors a designation only 5% of agents in the county receive.
