Blake is a lifelong Charlotte resident, born in Waxhaw, North Carolina, with deep roots in the local community and an unmatched passion for real estate. His family’s real estate legacy began in the 1950s when his grandfather founded one of the first real estate firms in Detroit. After relocating to Charlotte in the 1990s, his grandfather established the Berrey Team—made up of Blake’s father (Roger Berrey) and a group of other ambitious agents who would eventually become the founders of The Premier Team. Today, with his father is established as one of the top-producing real estate agents in the nation—consistently ranked in the top 1% nationwide and #1 in North Carolina for RE/MAX—Blake proudly continues this storied legacy as a member of The Premier Team. Drawing on the guidance and expertise of his father and grandfather, he brings super knowledge of market trends and intimate familiarity with Charlotte’s neighborhoods to every client.

With a degree in Accounting from UNC Charlotte, Blake has leveraged his analytical skills and family heritage into a full-time career in real estate. With a deep emotional understanding of people, he connects with clients on a personal level to tailor solutions to their unique needs.
