Joe has been happily serving clients as an agent and sales manager in the Real Estate industry since 2006, bringing with him over 40 years of experience in construction, management, and sales, along with a total 19 years in real estate services. Joe goes out of his way to make sure that his clients, buyers, and sellers alike, are well-informed as they navigate real estate transactions together. Simply put, he has the "knowledge" that is essential to get things done the right way. Teamwork is a value that Joe keeps at the top of the list. If there is a question he cannot answer, Joe leverages his many connections with contractors, inspectors, governmental contacts, and appraisers. Additionally, growing up in Cecil County on Maryland’s Eastern Shore gives Joe a distinct advantage in the market. Joe's passion and love for the area, coupled with his understanding and knowledge of the unique water-oriented towns, farms and communities in the region makes him your number one choice as a buyer or seller agent. His years of Management and Sales took Joe over the entire Tri-State area for many years, and that knowledge of the area assists him well as he handles Real Estate transactions throughout Maryland, Delaware, and Pennsylvania. Aside from real estate, Joe’s interests include politics and spending time with friends and family. Joe currently lives in the quaint town of Cecilton Maryland with his wife Carrie, and served as the Town’s Mayor for 10 years and on Town Council for 6 years prior. His daughter, Greer, works in Customer Service for H&B Plumbing. His son, Joe and his wife and family live in Elkton and they are teachers in the Maryland and Delaware school systems. Son Jason currently resides in Cecilton and is in Real Estate with his father and is also a founding member of Bayhead’s Brewery in Chesapeake City Maryland and now also has a Skills and Agility Training Business. Both sons are active in the community serving as local sports coaches and trainers.
