I started my real estate career in 2004 to pursue a more exciting and personally rewarding profession. I brought with me my personal experiences in real estate of buying and selling numerous homes and commercial properties as well as 30 years of business and management skills.

In 1996 Moved to Grants Pass from the Los Angeles area to find a better quality life for my family and myself. I have been married to my wife, DeNise, since 1984 and have four wonderful children, and 4 grandchildren.

My background has been in accounting and business management. I graduated from Cal State Northridge in 1975 with a degree in business administration and accounting. In the same month that I graduated from college I bought one half of a small automotive engine rebuilding company and I became the sole owner in 1991. That business, which was eventually housed in a 20,000 square foot building that I co-owned, grew to its peak of 33 employees with annual sales of 2.5 million.

Present and past affiliations: United States Marine Corps Reserve, Sigma Chi Fraternity, Cub Scout Cub Master, Boy Scout Troop 23 Assistant Leader, PTA and Booster Clubs, Caveman Kiwanis Club (treasurer), Grants Pass Chamber of Commerce, Grants Pass Rotary, Grants Pass Executive Leaders (treasurer), Fathers Against Crime.

I realize that many people are hesitant to speak to a Realtor because there is a stigma attached to our profession equating us to being high pressure used car salesmen. I assure you I am not like that. I am a no-pressure Realtor with 16 years of real estate experience in the Grants Pass area and an additional 30 years of experience in the business world.
