Velinda Fisher
Velinda moved to Hilton Head Island 31 years ago from North Carolina. She obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree from Clemson University. Shortly after graduating, she moved to Hilton Head where she was the Administrator for the largest home health care company at the time. She achieved both JACHO and CHAPS accreditations.
Velinda has been actively selling real estate for the past 26 years. She is the proud recipient of the Realtor of the Year Award. She is very active with the Hilton Head Area Association of Realtors (HHAAOR) serving as a Board Member for 2013. She also serves on multiple committees such as the Community Service Committee, Grievance Committee and Realtor Service Award Committee. She is very active on the State and National level as well. Velinda has been a South Carolina State Director for the National Association of Realtors (NAR) for the past four years.
Velinda has her Short Sale and Foreclosure designations and has been the recipient of the Realtor Service Award for many years. She lives with her husband, Bobby, who is a golf professional from Rochester, NY and their "fur kid", Seamore, on the south end of the Island.
Velinda is very dedicated to her Clients' wants and needs and listens closely to make sure they find the community that is right for them. Her number one goal is that you come back to her for all of your real estate needs. In her book, it's all about trust, commitment and getting the job done!
