After graduating from collage, she spent six years as a group reservation coordinator at the prestigious Rihga Royal Hotel in Osaka, where she embraced the “customer-first” philosophy that continues to guide her professional approach today.
Chikako later moved to Honolulu to study communication at JAIMS (Japan America Institute of Management Science), where she met her husband George. In 2002, she relocated from Yokohama to Hawaii with her husband and their two children, choosing the islands as the ideal place to raise their family.
She earned her real estate salesperson license the following year and has since found her passion in helping clients achieve their real estate goals in Hawaii. Chikako specializes in assisting buyers and investors from Japan, with expertise in the highly sought-after areas of Waikiki, Kakaako, and Hawaii Kai.
Her personal motto, “Once a client, always a lifetime friend,” reflects her commitment to building lasting relationships. She believes in standing alongside her clients—sharing the same boat and working toward the same destination—to ensure a smooth and successful journey.
Chikako is a former member of Toastmasters (2010–2019), and an active member of the Chado Urasenke Tankokai Hawaii Association. She finds deep connection between the art of real estate service and the spirit of omotenashi (hospitality) rooted in the Japanese tea ceremony, where mindfulness, respect, and genuine care for others are at the heart of every interaction.

大阪生まれ。関西外国語短期大学卒業後、大阪ロイヤルホテル(現 リーガロイヤルホテル)で客室予約課  グループゲストコーデネーターとして勤務。そこでお客様第一の徹底したカスタマーサービスを学ぶ。退職後ホノルル ハワイカイにある日米経営学院(JAIMS)にて夫のジョージと出会う。2002年に横浜からハワイに家族で移住、2003年にハワイ州不動産取引士の免許を取得。ワイキキ・カカアコ・ハワイカイ中心に、日本人投資家のサポートを得意とし、親身な対応で「一度きりではなく一生のお付き合い」を大切にしている。2010年より9年間トーストマスタークラブ会員。 淡交会 裏千家ハワイ支部会員。日本の優れたカスタマーサービスは茶の湯の哲学に通じると信じている。
