Sandra Kooyer - RE/MAX Signature

Sandra Kooyer is a 2nd generation realtor. As the daughter of two highly successful real estate professionals, Sandra not only had exposure to real estate but also developed a keen aptitude stemming from her sincere interest, knowledge and experience in the industry. Originally from Alabama and a graduate from the University of Alabama, Sandra has called Houston home since the mid 80’s. Sandra started her career in Scientific Research at Baylor College of Medicine and later went into Medical Device sales. The latter experience has provided Sandra with invaluable skills that she uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating home-buyers and sellers and effectively marketing the RE/MAX teams’ listings. With Houston’s vibrant and diverse population, Sandra’s ability to connect and work with a variety of lifestyles and cultures is of primary value. Building strong relationships is at the heart of everything she does both personally and professionally. Her attention to detail, honed negotiation skills and patience help her achieve results efficiently and provides confidence and peace of mind to her clients.
