I have built and owned several businesses in my lifetime; e.g., Quick Lube Shop W/Car wash, Factory Outlet Clothing w/shoe store, built commercial and residential rental properties, owned-operated and taught a traditional Martial Arts (karate) school, taught boxing and kickboxing at the Police Athletic League (PAL) Boxing Gym, trained International and National Kickboxing Champions, owned and operated a small engine repair, sales & service Lawn Mower, Chain Saws, Snow Mobile Engines. I built Air Boats for a factory used in the Vietnam War. I also Professionally Bass Fished for many years traveling the country.
