A little about me. I received my Sales license back in 1999. I have been with Re/Max full time since 2000. I decided a few years ago that I wanted to take my licensing a step further and decided to study for my Brokers license which I received in 2020.
I started off in 1999 working part time with my mother, who was a Realtor. I loved everything about the process of assisting buyers and sellers through the sales process so took a leap of faith and left my full time job to join her and become a team. My goal has always been to make sure my clients get the very best deals. I treat each transaction as if its family buying or selling. I truly believe that everything happens for a reason and go into each transaction with this in mind. I try and prepare my clients for each step of the process and then navigate them through the entire process.
Over the years I have realized my passion is investment Real Estate. I have been buying investment properties since I was 22 years old. I have 3 sons and a daughter. One son has his Real Estate License and has already purchased his first investment property and 2nd son is within a year of the same. I hope to teach the next generation that passive income generation through investment properties is hard work that requires time and money but if handled correctly can make for a nice passive income stream. If they have learned one thing from me its that I love what I do everyday but working hard in all that you do is imperative to achieve what you truly want in life. Slow and steady wins this race!!
