Tess Utterback
Tess is a lifelong resident of Lexington. She graduated from Lexington Catholic in 1990 and went on to graduate from University of Kentucky in 1994. Real Estate is in her blood. Her grandfather developed the Lexington subdivision Westmorland while she looked on as a child
and her mother was a Realtor as well. Shortly after graduating college Tess got her Real Estate license and worked hard to become a successful realtor at a very young age. After marrying a fellow Realtor, she took a break from Real Estate and worked in Corporate America in the telecom industry for 18 years. All the while she kept her Real Estate license and continued to help family and friends buy property. Real Estate continued to be one of her passions so in 2020 she returned full time to Real Estate and RE/MAX Creative so that she could best serve her clients. Her time in corporate America taught her a great deal about ethics, discipline and
professionalism and she brought that back to her real estate business.
Tess’ other passions are her horses and the beautiful horse country we call home in the Central Kentucky area. When Tess isn’t working or with her family you will find her on the back of one of her horses. She competes in the 3 Day Eventing, dressage disciplines and now enjoys riding with her daughter Isla. As an avid horsewoman, she realizes how fortunate we are to live in such a special community that is dedicated to the horse. Tess has combined her passions of real estate and horses and enjoys helping to find the perfect Kentucky home for her clients and
their four-legged friends!
