Hello, my name is Kevin Mercer. I have been a full timed licensed Realtor and investor since 1986. I grew up in the southwest part of Louisville, migrating to the northeastern part of Louisville as my family grew and my children’s schools, and sports changed. I have been married to and worked with my wife, Susan, for 35 years. Susan & I sold as a team over the years, until she eventually made our 6 children and 4 grandchildren her main priority, while additionally running our property management business, and our home.
