Steve Kunkle - RE/MAX 1st Advantage

I'm a Central Pennsylvania native with over 10 years experience in the customer service and housing industry. In 2015 I took the plunge into real estate sales in order to combine my love for people with my previous experience and passion for home renovation and real estate investment. I graduated from Cumberland Valley High School and Millersville University with a bachelors degree in communication. Currently, I reside in Enola, where I purchased my first home in 2009. Purchasing my first home was the pivotal experience that fueled my passion for real estate.

In my spare time, I enjoy giving back to the community that made me who I am today. I coach youth ski racing for the Ski Roundtop Racing Club. The most rewarding part about coaching youth sports is seeing them grow as athletes and individuals as they develop life long skills in sportsmanship and integrity.

As a Realtor, folks often expect me to be just be a "typical sales person" who's goal is to just make a sale. They are always surprised when they realize that I'm actually a true advocate for them and a "straight shooter" who keeps his clients' best interest as his number one priority. I take a lot of pride in providing my clients with an incredible and memorable experience they will want to share with others. For me, it's really all about achieving or exceeding my clients' goals by making them my personal goals. All while making the transaction as smooth as possible by utilizing the latest technology and advertising techniques.
