Fran Bixler - RE/MAX of Naperville

Hello and welcome! I’m Fran Bixler, and I’m honored you’re taking a moment to read my story. For over 30 years, I’ve helped clients buy and sell homes throughout Naperville and Chicago’s western and southwestern suburbs. I work with everyone from first-time buyers to those navigating life transitions—downsizing, divorce, relocation, or senior living—and I stay with my clients from start to finish. Since 1996, my business has grown primarily through referrals, and I’m grateful for that level of trust.

I’m a Naperville native and absolutely love this community. After moving several times as a corporate wife, I made sure we came back here to raise our family. My daughters completed their studies at Indiana University and the University of Illinois and are thriving on their own—thanks in large part to the strong foundation Naperville schools provided. I was also my mother’s caretaker for 11 years, which gave me a deep appreciation for seniors and families navigating significant life changes.

Clients tell me I’m easy to talk to and that they appreciate how I keep the process clear, calm, and aligned with their goals. Helping people make confident decisions—and feel good about where they’re headed—is the core of my work.

I’m also deeply involved with the Residential Real Estate Council (RRC). I currently serve as the 2026 Region 1 RVP (my second year in this role) and previously served as the 2024 Region 6 RVP, the 2023 and 2022 Illinois RRC State President, and the 2021 Finance Leader. I’m honored to have been named the 2023 National State Leader of the Year and Illinois CRS of the Year.

I hold multiple NAR designations and certifications and am one of the few CRS Designees to have earned every RRC Certification and Certificate available (with the AI certificate in progress). Above all, I’m a proud advocate of our RE/MAX-CRS’s culture of connection, collaboration, and raising the bar for our industry.
