Twenty years ago, my family moved from Minsk, Belarus. We settled in Squirrel Hill, a community less than five miles from downtown Pittsburgh, PA. Here I was: ten years old, in a new country, speaking Russian, wondering how was this going to work for me? I am happy to report that Squirrel Hill, catchy name aside, is truly one of the most vibrant and culturally diverse neighborhoods this side of Minsk.

Through the years, as I became an investment property owner, I gained much knowledge and many skills which I now apply to my real estate business.
