Joe has a bachelor’s degree with a focus on business and marketing from Baldwin Wallace University, Joe brings a strong educational foundation to his work. He has completed specialized training from the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, and earned certifications as an Accredited Buyers Representative, Certified Residential Specialist, and Certified Distressed Property Expert.
Joe excels in solving unique problems for buyers and sellers, from helping clients transition from their current home to a new one, to assisting with credit repair and cost-effective home preparations. He works closely with clients on home staging to enhance market appeal.

An active member of the Akron Cleveland Area Board of Realtors, Joe has previously served on the Board of Directors, Communications Committee, and as Chairman of the Young Professionals Network. He is also involved with Ohio Realtors, having held positions on the Executive Committee, Convention Advisory Group, and currently serving on the Sustainability Advisory Group and Board of Directors. Nationally, Joe has participated in the Leadership Academy of the Young Professional Network and is in the RPAC Hall of Fame as a continued Golden R investor.

In the winter Joe spends his free time skiing and in the summer he can be found riding one of his motorcycles. He also enjoys time checking out local Cleveland area restaurants.
