Resort Bonaire is one of the larger holiday resorts on Bonaire, with 114 privately owned apartments across six three-story buildings, plus a reception building on the EEG Boulevard with additional hotel rooms and is conveniently located nearby Bonaires many dive sites on the southwest coast. It has everything a resort on Bonaire should have: comfortable, well-maintained apartments, a large, tropical garden between the buildings with a pool and a pool bar, as well as a dive school/operator (temporarily located elsewhere while a new dive instruction pool is being built), and just an all-around great holiday atmosphere.

In 2024, one of Hollands biggest tour operators, Corendon, has committed itself to a five-year contract with Resort Bonaire, which is expected to bring in a great number of guests and rental revenue for the apartment owners. To further emphasize Corendons commitment to Resort Bonaire, they have just opened their own travel agency inside the Resort Bonaire reception building and, since last November, flights between Amsterdam and the Caribbean with Corendons own airline, include Bonaire as a destination twice a week.

Owners have the option to use the apartment for themselves full-time or to sign a contract with Resort Bonaires dedicated rental organization to rent it out for them. The local zoning also allows for both short-term and long-term stays. Owners are also allowed to rent out the apartment themselves, but only without the involvement of any third-party intermediaries.
As of July 1, a new rental management model-agreement is in effect that both Resort Bonaires apartment owners and Corendon have provided valuable input for, marking a big step forward for Resort Bonaire and its apartment owners towards a successful future.

Apartment D1.4, located at the heart of the resort on the middle floor of building D, and overlooking the tropical garden and pool area, has two bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms. It also features an enlarged, L-shaped balcony, providing lots of private sunbathing space.
Building Ds main entrance hall can be entered from the access road, after which either the elevator or the stairs take you to the second floor.
