SUĆURAJ

Sućuraj (Italian: San Giorgio) is a municipality in Croatia, on the eastern and eastern tip of the island. It lies in a magnificent setting created by the Biokovo and Pelješac mountains and the sea.

The total land area is 4225 m2:
- construction area is 1720 m2
- the rest of the area is agricultural land, traffic area and forest zone.

The construction part of the land is located within the construction area of the Sućuraj settlement, in zone M1-
mixed use-predominantly residential where the construction of single-family, multi-family and multi-apartment buildings is planned. The zone is planned for the construction of SS-detached and D-detached buildings, the coefficient of utilization for detached and semi-detached buildings kis= 0.8, for SS-detached buildings kig= 0.3, for semi-detached buildings kig= 0.4, number of floors P+2, h=9.5m.

The price is formed in such a way that the construction part of the land is sold at a price of €200/m2. The remaining area of 2,505 m2 is priced at €50,000. It is possible to purchase everything together.

TRAFFIC CONNECTION with the mainland is provided by the ferry on the route Sućuraj - Drvenik.
The ferry sails for 25 minutes, runs 3-4 times a day in winter, and 10-15 times a day in summer. The ferry port is very close to the center of the town. Drvenik is located in the Makarska Riviera, along the Adriatic Road 86 km southeast of Split and 120 km northwest of Dubrovnik.
Sućuraj can also be reached by ferry to Stari Grad, and then by road to Sućuraj.
