Tim K. McKinney - RE/MAX Quinte Ltd

After graduating from the University of Western Ontario with a B.A in Finance, Tim worked in various real estate & appraisal positions for companies including: National Trust, CIBC, Canada Life Assurance and Journey’s End Corp. In 1990, Tim relocated back to his hometown of Belleville, Ontario and began selling real estate.



Focusing primarily on residential sales, Tim has risen to the top. In his 30+ years of working in real estate, Tim has been inducted into the Re/Max Hall of Fame, received yearly Titan status and has been top overall agent for Re/Max Quinte. In 2020, Tim + his team received the Re/Max Diamond Club Award.



Tim has long been involved in his community through the Quinte Real Estate Board- Professional Standards Committee, Belleville & District Chamber of Commerce- Small Business Committee Member, United Way- Fundraising Committee Member, Belleville Sales And Advertising- Past President, Belleville Family Medical Center- Doctor Recruitment, YMCA Fundraising, Rotary Club of Belleville & Military Family Resource Center. in 2021, Tim is Chair of the Quinte Economic Development Commission.



Currently, Tim focuses his business on residential and commercial real estate, specializing in waterfront properties and luxury real estate in the Bay of Quinte- including Prince Edward County, Hastings County and Northumberland County. Tim diversified into the business industry, re-opening a new restaurant establishment, starting up a Beauty Lounge and operating a variety of rentals, both long term as well as AirBnB's.
