Started in 1996 acquired my Broker's license the 3rd year in the business and many 21 advanced specialty designations that offer additional expertise in the marketplace. Designations and certifications include: GRI, Graduate of the Real Estate Institute for my Associate Brokers License. I am also an e-PRO to work with those clients who prefer electronic communications. Certified Residential Broker CRB, CDPE designation for Certified Distressed Property Expert. CIAS Certified Investment Specialist for the Investor. I have completed training on the RENE Real Estate Negotiation expert, this is one of the most extensive training programs on the art of negotiations. I also have completed specialized training for the SRES Designation, Senior Real Estate Specialist and received my GREEN Designation for working with the environmentally and energy friendly Green Homes and reducing our Carbon footprint. All of these specialties and professional designations help my clients and customers get the best possible deal on their next home. Years of experience and many specialties provide the PHD (Professional Housing Degree) to be the best REALTOR to work with you. I am teaching 9 of the Designation and Certification courses for NAR and our Local Association.

I am involved in my local community from the business sector through the Canton Chamber of Commerce and volunteering with the Partnership for the Arts and Humanities through Canton Township. A graduate of the Canton leadership program in 2000 taught me inside information of how the community works and how decisions are made. Having insight to the community and a proper understanding has helped my clients when buying in the local community and getting the most from what Canton township has to offer.
