Cynthia Ayouch - RE/MAX Executive

I have been a trusted professional and leader for several decades. I spent most of my professional career with the Federal Reserve with a strong background in finance and an M.B.A. from the University of Richmond. As a regulator, I had a strong connection to members of the banking industry as I was known to listen intently to issues raised and find solutions, when feasible. I moved to Charlotte in 2016 with my two young boys and two dogs, so I understand how to best transition to a beautiful new community such as ours. I spent many years on the soccer field supporting my sons’ passions and made deep friendships there. I recently decided to make a career move to real estate, joining the Premier Team of RE/MAX Executive. I am very enthusiastic about leveraging my proven skills for my clients’ best interests.

I grew up in Richmond, VA, lived in Atlanta, GA, for a short while, but spent much of my adult life in the Washington DC area. I am passionate about giving back to my community and have volunteered in both the DC and Charlotte metro areas for the past ten years on issues related to domestic violence prevention and assistance for victims. I also enjoy traveling domestically and internationally and currently have three rescue dogs. Many describe me as warm, calming in a crisis, hard-working, authentic, and trustworthy. I have a proven ability to bring people with competing goals together towards a solution and I has a great sense of humor. I look forward to working with you!
