Ana R. Diaz
I immigrate to United States at the age of 18 from Peru, South America. I worked in several menial jobs, while I went to evening schools to learn English. I got married, but continue going to school. I attended and graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in Accounting in 1984. I continued studying and passed the CPA (Certified Pubic Accountant) in 1990. I worked in Public Accounting as an auditor until 1991. Then, I took a position as a Controller in a Health Insurance company in Long Island, NY until 1996. After that, I took a position as an Internal Financial Auditor at Horizon Blue Cross & Blue Shield of New Jersey until 2003. Along my career in Accounting, I always had my real estate license and worked part – time. In 2004, I became a full time Realtor and I got my Brokers license in 2010. I’m “a peoples person” and I enjoy working as a realtor. I get a great satisfaction of being able to help first time home buyers get started into their biggest investment in real estate. Likewise, I enjoy seeing those happy buyers/investors, getting into their second, third etc. purchases of real estate. Similarly, it pleases me to be able to help sellers to get the most for their hard work and efforts by selling their properties. On a personal note: I have two sons and one daughter. My oldest son works for Toyota, he is married and he has two children. My second son is an Architect he is single. My daughter is a behaviorist, she helps autistic children-she is married and has three children
