Erik Shultz is a Realtor with RE/MAX Advantage in Floyds Knobs, Indiana, and with RE/MAX Properties East in Louisville, Kentucky. For Erik, real estate is a continuation of his 20 years of service to people through insurance sales at State Farm, and an integral part of helping people fulfill their dreams of home ownership. Homeownership is a foundation on which families grow, where children perform better in school and have better health, where the home provides familial and community stability, and where homeownership builds wealth to transfer and better the next generations. He has built a solid foundation of clients in this community through his professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always putting his client’s needs first. Especially passionate about historical homes- especially from the early 1900s and luxurious living, Erik has continued to leverage his knowledge and experience to exceed his client’s expectations. Outside of real estate, Erik is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University and worked in Germany and England for three years after obtaining his undergraduate degree, before returning to Kentucky- where he married his wife, Carla Dearing, and together they have a blended family of four adult children. Erik is an avid cyclist and runner in his free time and loves to travel, explore other cultures, and experience a wide range of cuisines.
