My professional background as an investigator and inspector may sound like a strange resume for a real estate agent, but with over 35 years of experience conducting interviews, researching, negotiating, being an excellent critical listener and working with diverse cultures, it truly brings it all together. My experience working for the Department of Defense (DoD) has also allowed me to experience first-hand the challenges faced by military members and their families. I understand the culture and know that sometimes much is asked with little time to prepare. I moved to Hawaii in 1997 and quickly fell in love with the islands and the beautiful ocean playground. Hawaii is indeed a special place to call home! My husband I share our home with three rescue cats, a corgi and one very spoiled parrot. We have an active lifestyle and enjoy scuba diving, SUPing, hiking, biking, and traveling. A special place for us is Italy, specifically the magical island of Sicily. We had the opportunity to live there for 5 years while serving with the DoD and made many lasting friendships. We consider “Bella Sicilia” our second island home.
