Prior to her move, she spent over a decade as an accountant at a leading Japanese IT company in Tokyo, developing her keen sense of accuracy and responsibility.
In Hawaii, Maki launched an online store that supports local small businesses, creating curated packages that foster community and connections. Her experience in building relationships and managing diverse projects seamlessly translates into her real estate career.
Before joining REMAX Hawaii, she served as the section leader in vacation home property management division at a boutique real estate firm. Maki’s organizational skills, strong sense of responsibility, and unwavering dedication ensure a smooth and personalized experience. 茨城県出身。青山学院大学経営学部にて会計を学ぶ。大学卒業後は、富士通株式会社経理部に約6年間務めた後、結婚を期に兵庫県の富士通周辺機へ移動、兵庫県明石市に拠点を移し、2016年まで6年間経理部に在籍。正確さや緻密さ、強い責任感、細部へのこだわりをこの時に培う。
2016年に、夫の出身地であるハワイに移住。移住後は、不動産業界に興味を持ち、日本人経営の小さな不動産会社の別荘管理の物件管理部門でセクションリーダーを務めた。卓越した組織力や強い責任感、献身的な姿勢により、それぞれのお客様にとってスムーズで個別化されたサービスの提供に成功。

別荘管理業務の中でお客様の不動産売買のニーズを聞いていく中で、自身もエージェントとしてお客様の不動産を売買するお手伝いし、夢を叶える仕事をしたいという願望が強くなり、2021年、不動産セールスエージェントになるために、ハワイで信頼と実績が評価されており、トレーニングシステムが確率されている、REMAX Hawaiiの前身である ベター・ホームズ・アンド・ガーデンズ・アドバンテージ・リアルティの所属になる。
