I was working in real estate during the rise of 2006, the downturn in 2008, and the recovery of today. I have seen the explosion of excitement generated by new growth, and the heartbreak of a market crash. Early in my career I recognized that situations and markets are constantly changing, and continuing education would be critical for a long-term career in real estate. While the terms ABR, CRS, or SRES may be foreign to the public, these designations are the proof of my commitment to my profession and to my clients. I take great pride in knowing that whether my clients are retiring in Las Vegas, and interested in an up-scale age-qualified community, or a new family in search of their starter home, I have the background to understand their specific needs, and work with them to find a solution that meets those needs. My clients are “my business”, but everyone’s story is unique. I strive to go beyond their expectations at every turn. It is my responsibility as a REALTOR to provide the information they need to make sound decisions, but it is also crucial to educate them on why this is important for them.
