Teresa is an Accredited Staging Professional and has a passion for home staging and helping others sell their homes quickly and for top market dollar. As part of her service, she offers a complimentary staging consult and staging services when needed to all her listings. Her first full year in the business she produced over $7.2 million in production.
When Teresa initially moved to Huntsville in 2006 she gained a wealth of knowledge in new construction while managing the design center for one of Huntsville's local builders. From 2008 through February of 2016 she served as a Government Contractor but her passion for staging and real estate led her to finally persue her dream. As a former US Army Quartermaster officer and military spouse she has experienced the hardships first hand of relocating a family.
Teresa is a member of the Huntsville Area Association of Realtors (HAAR), International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP), Military Relocation Program (MRP), the North Alabama Multiple Listing Service (NAMLS), Owner of Teresa Rexing Homes, LLC, and Team Lead of T-Rex & Associates.
