Sean Burke
Sean was born and raised in Reno NV, only leaving Nevada to attend college in California (Saint Mary’s College in the Bay Area & Chico). Sean has been in Residential Property Management from 2001 to present, as well as operating a school supply / educational supply store called Parent Teacher Aids.
For the 18 months preceding his move back into Real Estate Sales at RE/MAX, Sean was Supervising a large Single Family Portfolio of Rentals. Sean has experience in many different aspects of Real Estate and brings a great deal of enthusiasm and expertise as he transitions back into sales.
Sean has many hobbies and activities outside of work. Sean had a small farm just north of Reno in Golden Valley. He raised chickens and ducks as a certified egg producer for the NV Dept of Agriculture, has a pig named Slim, rabbits and a Great Pyrenees named Ophelia that protects the farm! Sean also enjoys collecting baseball cards, volunteering with the Reno Host Lions Club where he has been a dedicated member for 19 years. He served as President of the Reno Host Lions Club in 2009 -2010 as well as 2022-2023. Sean has coached an adult co-ed softball team for 15 years as well. Sean loves to hunt and fish when he can – typically Pyramid Lake and Eastern NV. Sean loves classic VW’s and owns a 1965 he has had for 32 years.
Sean lives with his Girlfriend of 13 years Angela. They enjoy traveling together, cooking, taking care of the farm, spending time with family and friends, exploring and planning their next vacation.
